Beginning the second week of July, all three Earth Treks facilities will transition to a new software system. The new software will be faster and more reliable, allowing us to provide a greater level of service to our members.
After the new software has gone live, we will begin implementing a few other updates including converting to a digital waiver system and adding photos of members to their accounts. As part of the transition, we'll be asking all Earth Treks customers to complete a fresh waiver form. Thankfully, with our new digital waiver system this is a quick and easy process that can be completed online. Keep an eye on your inbox over the next two weeks for more information regarding the conversion and a link to the new digital waiver.
Does your membership bill on the 15th of the month?
Previously, membership dues were billed on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. If you were previously being billed on the 15th of the month, your billing date will be changed to the 1st of the month, effective with July's payment. All membership dues, as well as any purchases made on account, will now be billed on the 1st of the month.
If you were previously being billed on the 15th of the month, your next billing cycle will be pushed out to August 1st (skipping July 15th). The August 1st payment will include your usual dues, plus 50% for the second half of July. For example, if your monthly dues are $70 and you previously billed on the 15th of the month, your next billing cycle will be on August 1st and your dues will be $105 ($70 for August + $35 for half of July). As usual, the August 1st billing will also include any on account purchases made since your last payment.
