Pro-Am Qualifying Red-Point Round

1:30       Shuttle vans leave Timonium Red Roof Inn for Columbia gym 

2:00       Registration and Check In Opens

3:30       Competitors Meeting 

4:00       Qualifying Climbing Begins

8:00       Vendor Village Closes

9:00       Registration Closes 

10:00     Qualifying Climbing Ends (shuttle vans will return to Timonium after 10pm)

Citizens and Pros climb side by side for a typical red-point qualifying round with over 150 new bouldering problems. Scores will determine which pro climbers go to semifinals the next day to compete for a portion of the $11,000 cash purse. 

A hands-on vendor village will be set up in our parking lot for companies to showcase and demo their gear. Evolv, Five Ten and La Sportiva will be on site with shoe demos and athlete poster signings. Mammut will feature their slackline kit, with a slackline demo. Curious about gear? Reps will be on hand to answer any of your questions. We will also be running slideshows, having a barbeque and showing climbing movies throughout the day. So when you get tired or need some motivation, you can relax with some good food and great entertainment.
